Munnar, Alleppey and Kochi Tour Overview

Arrival at Cochin - Transfer to Hotel at Thattekad a 2 Hrs journey from Cochin. We can start the Bird Watching as per the arrival time. Next day full day Bird Watching at Thattekad and next day to Munnar. Visiting Rajmalai National Park and next day Boating at Thekkady will give a unforgettable experience of Bird Watching. On 7th Day proceed to Alleppy the venice of the east and refresh your mind and soul at House Boat. Next day proceed to Cochin and have a visit at Fort Kochi and stay back at Hotel. Next day after Break Fast Transfer to Airport/Railway Station for onward journey with a memorable Bird Watching experience in Kerala.

Munnar, Alleppey and Kochi Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Cochin - Transfer to Hotel at Thattekad

Transfer to Hotel at Thattekad a 2 Hrs journey from Cochin. Check in and can have a visit in & around the Hotel for Bird Watching, depending on the arrival timings.

Day 2

Full Day At Thattekad

Thattekkad Bird Sanctuary, covering an area of barely 25 km², and located about 12 km from Kothamangalam, was the first bird sanctuary in Kerala. We can see wide variety of birds and habitats in this location.

Day 3

Thattekkad to Munnar

Before Break Fast, Birding in and around Hotel at Thattekad and proceed to Munnar a 3.5 Hrs Journey. After Check in and Lunch Birding at Munnar. Relax the night at Hotel.

Day 4

Rajamalai Hills, Eravikulam National Park

Eravikulam National Park is a 97 km² national park located along the Western Ghats in the Idukki and Ernakulam districts of Kerala in India is the first national park in Kerala. This is situated 12 Kms from Munnar. Evening Birding at Munnar.

Day 5

Drive To Periyar, Thekkady

Check in Hotel at Thekkady. Thekkady is a town near Periyar National Park, an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of India. The name Thekkady is derived from the word "thekku" which means teak. Evening Boating and relax at Hotel.

Day 6

Thekkady - Mannagudi

Today we can have a Green Walk to Mannagudi and after noon Bamboo Rafting after that we can go for a Natural walk. On the same day we can have a option for Splice valley plantation visit and also have some cultural program.

Day 7

Thekkady to Alleppy

Check in at House Boat before noon and relax night at House Boat .

Day 8

Proceed to Cochin

After Break Fast check out from House Boat and proceed to Kochi. Check in and have a visit at Fort Kochi is also known as the 'Queen of the Arabian Sea', Fort Kochi Beach is a serene beach that offers a scenic view and natural beauty to its visitors. The main attraction of this beach is the Historic fort, which is the perfect example of European architecture. The beach also offers a breathtaking view of the sunset. Back to Hotel and relax.

Day 9

Departhure From Kochi

After Break Fast will drop you at Cochin Airport or Railway Station for onward journey.
